Our client is a rapidly growing company, beginning to move overseas and expanding across the globe! They are currently seeking to appoint a marketing executive with experience in email marketing to become an integral member of the marketing department.
The role will see a successful candidate become responsible for implementing email marketing campaigns, and have the vision to be able come up with more ideas, based on analysing results, to increase company sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and build email campaigns, managing the design and content
  • Measure and report on results helping to optimiseconversions of leads to sales
  • Segment lists, based on behaviours, ie content downloads, page visits etc
  • Continually working to reduce unsubscribers by increasing productivity of sent emails
  • Develop documents and road maps for processes, A/B tests and promotions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience- at LEAST 3 years is ESSENTIAL
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Proficient using platforms and marketing automation technology
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimisation
  • Excellent writer and communicator - both written and verbal

Our client is seeking to appoint a diligent, tenacious and highly-motivated Marketing professional to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

3 Days Home Working/ 2 Days in Various Offices 
Based out of Ilkeston

£42,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new, exciting and successful marketing strategies to reach a wide and disparate market
  • Supervise the Communications Manager, Web Site Manager and the Membership Manager
  • Develop medium and long-term membership targets;
  • Be involved in the development of a new web site and CRM system
  • Design and oversee production of new printed and online marketing materials
  • Identify improvements to membership recruitment incentives and benefits
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners to promote membership through new channels
  • Attend monthly Senior Management Team meetings and liaise with senior colleagues as appropriate
  • Evaluate, monitor and report on performance against key targets
  • Carry out performance appraisals
  • Attend events to oversee the recruitment of new members as appropriate

Requirements:
