Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is looking for an outgoing and ambitious person to provide purchase ledger support to their award-winning company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input purchase invoices onto Sage
  • Daily input of client payments onto the internal system
  • Sent out payment remittances to suppliers
  • Chase VAT invoices from suppliers
  • Ensure accuracy of information on the database
  • Ad-hoc admin (filing, archiving etc)

Skills / Experience / Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Experience with Sage50 software
  • Experience with other accounting software
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to deal with a large volume of work and show attention to detail

Centre Management to include: Facilities, Marketing & Administration

Our client is seeking to appoint a driven and committed individual to manage shared offices, promoting the space and attending to all tennancy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the building and the tennants' needs
  • Switchboard management including virtual support
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints
  • Actively market and promote the centre, ensuring 100% occupancy
  • Selling virtual tennancy and conferencing services
  • To learn and actively promote all products and services within their portfolio ensuring clients are fully aware of all service provisions
  • Diary management - booking appointments and conferences
  • Assist with monthly invoicing
  • General reception and administration duties
  • Conference and event support including organising, serving and clearing refreshments

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Previous experience within a similar position is essential
