Administrator (Car Dealership)

Our client is looking for 3 organised, enthusiastic and hard working people to join their brand new admin team!

Location: Derby, Pride Park - however the team's office will be moving to Alfreton (Junction 28 of M1) in July 2018

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Duration: Temporary leading to Permanent

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicle stock systems are updated
  • Organise prompt payment for all Purchases
  • Manual Invoice processing
  • Stock management
  • Effectively resolve both internal and external queries
  • Month end stock reconciliation

Skills/Experience/Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Must hold a valid license and have access to a vehicle
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
