| £30,000 - £40,000 PER ANNUM, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE |

| MONDAY - FRIDAY 9.00AM - 5.00PM |

Our client is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution and Employment Lawyer who will take on and have the drive to build an existing caseload. You will have excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to work with other departments on cross referring business. You will have flexibility and organisation of time and your own workload.

Responsibilities:

  • To take on and build an existing case-load
  • Commercial litigation e.g. property disputes, contract claims, partnership / shareholder disputes
  • Civil litigation which includes contract claims, contentious probate, boundary disputes
  • Employment law work for both employers and employees
  • Contentious issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, redundancy exercises, settlement agreements
  • Non-contentious issues e.g. drafting employment contracts and policies

  • Ability to work with other departments on cross referring business

Lawyer (Family Law)

| £22,000 - £25,000 PER ANNUM, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE |

| FULL TIME, MONDAY - FRIDAY 9.00AM - 5.00PM |

Our client is seeking an experienced, self-sufficient lawyer to join their growing family department in their central Loughborough office. You will be able to work without the need for secretarial support but have the benefit of working alongside two other experienced family lawyers in the department. You will be confident in handling your own case load of family matters on a self-sufficient basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking instructions and advising clients
  • Typing own letters and emails
  • Conducting meetings
  • Drafting documents and forms
  • Legal research
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Attending court
  • Filing and other general administrative tasks

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • Legal and procedural knowledge is ESSENTIAL
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages, specifically Word & Excel
  • Strong administration skills
  • Desire to integrate yourself into the team culture
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
