Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a family-run, rapidly expanding business are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.

You will be building and maintaining excellent relationships with both suppliers and customers alike!

Key Duties:

• Build relationships with customers by delivering a reliable administrative support and customer service.

• Handle incoming enquiries from customers through phone and email and getting back to the customer in a timely and professional manner.

• Taking customer and supplier calls and logging details to ensure efficient processing of orders.

• Create and maintain records, updating details when contacts change and ensuring accuracy of information.

• Keeping all filing in order to ensure accurate, retrievable records.

• General administrative duties including invoicing and dispatch of goods and supporting all functions within the business.

• Chasing purchase & sales orders to ensure delivery dates are met - SAGE experience beneficial for this but not essential

• Sending order acknowledgements

Accounts & Payroll Supervisor

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll professional to support the administration and general accounting function of the business in this stand-alone role.

You will be responsible for managing the payroll of the business including preparing and sending off Purchase Orders and Invoices and will be joining a small, down-to-earth team.

This role will involve the use of SAGE and job costing software. 

The successful candidate will work closely with all suppliers as well as customers, and will represent the company and maintain strong working relationships! 

  • £22,000 - £26,000 per annum 
  • Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm 
  • NG5

  • Overseeing the general day to day operations of the office working closely with project managers

Customer Sales Coordinator

Our client, a family run leader in their field with over 40 years experience, is seeking to appoint a customer-centric individual to further support their continued excellence in customer service!

Property Administrator

Our client is seeking to appoint an organised, capable administrator to support their client base! You will have strong customer service skills and be highly organised! This role with be a mixture of both administration and customer service. You will work as part of an experienced team, and full training and support is offered. This is a full-time, office based role and there are fantastic progression opportunities as well as additional bonuses on offer! A Driving License is not required for this role.

Property-based experience isn't essential, however an interest or passion for the industry is essential.

Location: Bestwood, Nottingham

Salary - £16,500 - £17,300 per annum

Outbound Sales Advisor - REMOTE Working!!

Customer Sales Advisor - Outbound

Competitive salary: £18,500 rising to £21,500 OTE after 6 months, plus a generous bonus and reward scheme

Contract: Permanent, full time (shifts below)

Location: REMOTE - working from home

Shifts:

  • Mon & Tue - 11.30am - 8pm
  • Wed & Thurs - 10.30 - 7.00pm
  • Fri - 9am - 6pm
