Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team, providing efficient and effective administrative support.
- Answering phone calls from customers and suppliers
- Taking messages are forwarding calls to the appropriate people
- Welcome guests and visitors to the building
- Receive and distribute incoming post
- Managing the social media accounts for the company
- Updating calendars and monitoring meeting room bookings
- Prepare documentation and assist with paperwork / site packs
Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:
- Previous Reception / Administration experience is essential
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Well-presented and professional
- Personable, with a positive can do attitude
