Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Location: DE55, Alfreton (opposite East Midlands Designer Outlet)
£10.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Full time 9AM-5PM & 9:30AM - 5.30PM (weekly rotating shifts)
*** Immediate job start for Monday 6th June**
*** Full training provided within the first two weeks 10am - 6pm ***
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customers enquiries regarding prices and product information in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Processing customer order requests
- Handling any customer objections
- Ensuring that customer interactions are logged on to the appropriate system for future reference or conversion
- General admin tasks
- Following company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
