Customer Service Advisor

Whilst we as an agency are based in Nottingham City centre we will conduct telephone interviews and so there will be no need for you to travel to Nottingham to meet us

Location: South Normanton

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Salary: £7.85 per hour

Start: ASAP

Key Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Dealing with enquiries and handling queries
  • Processing orders
  • Inputting into a bespoke system (training given)
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Key Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Flexible and organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
