Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is looking for an outgoing and ambitious person to provide purchase ledger support to their award-winning company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input purchase invoices onto Sage
  • Daily input of client payments onto the internal system
  • Sent out payment remittances to suppliers
  • Chase VAT invoices from suppliers
  • Ensure accuracy of information on the database
  • Ad-hoc admin (filing, archiving etc)

Skills / Experience / Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Experience with Sage50 software
  • Experience with other accounting software
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to deal with a large volume of work and show attention to detail
