Sales Administrator

Phoenix Park, Nottingham - Office Based Role

£25,000 per annum

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders and quotes
  • Answering inbound phone line and web chat
  • Work with rep to regularly contact customers
  • Make appointments for reps
  • Sending samples
  • Updating CRM with customer contacts and rep’s customer contacts
  • Help with the target of keeping existing business for 2022
  • Help with the target of winning new business from existing customers and prospects
  • Keep margin above 40% GP

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales admin role is ESSENTIAL
  • Have strong CRM system experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good Team Player
