Our client is seeking to appoint a sales-focused individual to join their growing Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and setting appointments for clients. We need someone with the drive to achieve results, flair for successful sales delivery and determination to succeed, whilst being able to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.
Knowledge of the B2B telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or sales process and experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as ongoing training is given.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prospecting on behalf of clients
• Qualifying leads and setting appointments
• Managing your sales pipeline
• Driving campaigns forward with proactive recommendations for improvement
• Reporting back to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Updating and maintaining appropriate systems, namely HubSpot CRM
• Working to monthly targets and KPIs
• Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Successfully hitting KPI’s each month to ensure targets are hit
• Sales aptitude
• Time management, planning, teamwork and organisational skills
