Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers & Other Host duties
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Taking messages and directing them to the appropriate person
• Other ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional manner
• Previous reception experience is essential!
• Articulate, confident communication and a polite telephone manner
• Personable, outgoing and a strong team player.
