Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join their dedicated Customer Service team based within their head office!

As well as excellent attention to detail, you will need a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner as you will play a vital role in communicating with their customers and the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for First Time Resolution problem solving
  • Maintaining accurate records and creating accurate documents
  • Report possible quality issues and ensuring a high quality of work is maintained
  • Communicating with our customers and our Service Department
  • Creating documents and general admin tasks

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience working within a contact centre is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
  • Experience creating both Microsoft Excel and Word documents.

  • Helpful & Friendly
  • Knowledge and abilities using Microsoft Excel
