Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

£18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum, D.O.E

Our client is seeking an experienced customer service/administration professional to join their busy Nottingham office as a lettings negotiator. A keen interest in the industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be comfortable communicating with landlords and tenants in regards to the property. You will have excellent communication skills and be thorough and organised in your approach.

**Previous experience in an office based administrator/customer service role is ESSENTIAL**


  • Deliver high-quality lettings and management services to all our clients
  • Undertake the full lettings process from advertising to referencing, contracting, deposits and move-in where required
  • Arrange inspections, re-lets, renewals, section 13s, move-outs, deposits returns and maintenance works
  • Ensure compliance of the managed stock by organising and instructing relevant certification


  • A keen interest in the industry is a MUST
  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong administration skills
