Our client is seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join the team of a busy Lettings agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining property records and information
  • Conduct check in inventories ready for new tenants
  • Carry out check in & out inspections, preparing the relevant documentation and reports
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed on time
  • Liaise with contractors and landlords to get work authorised and completed
  • Arrange maintenance deductions on the system in line with agreed costs with landlords
  • Regular routine property visits
  • Manage all tenancy end notices from tenants
  • Liaise with the lettings team on advising them to re-market the properties

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable
