Our client is seeking to appoint a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team to help the city’s students find their perfect off campus accommodation. If you want to bring magic and enthusiasm to one of Nottingham’s leading student letting agents, get in touch!

Location: City Centre

Salary: £16,000 per annum + bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and some weekends.

The successful candidate will help the branch manager oversee the lettings team.You will also help develop the existing portfolio and enhance the superb relationships they have with their clients and tenants.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings
  • Valuing and listing new properties
  • Networking, maintaining and developing relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Ensuring that all procedures are carried out correctly
  • Ensuring that all clients receive outstanding customer service

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or sales experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • Clean Driving License
  • Excellent personal organisational skills
  • A desire to want to grow the company & provide outstanding customer service.
  • ARLA would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Driving License
