Our client is seeking an experienced Secretary to join their team on a part-time basis. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the partners and managers of a small accountancy practice, enabling them to deliver outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with clients - answering queries and providing outstanding customer service
  • Updating and maintain client files
  • Paper and electronic filing
  • Audio typing
  • Receptionist cover duties
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Previous secretarial or office based administrative experience is essential
  • Confident with IT
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisation
  • Professional and flexible approach to work
  • Attention to detail is vital
