Our client is seeking an experienced secretary/office support with previous audio typing experience. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your own time effectively, whilst providing support to the office.


  • Copy typing and digital transcription
  • Answering telephone calls, handling enquiries and passing on messages
  • Filing, scanning, copying
  • Other general administration duties


  • Audio typing experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • IT literate
