Office Support Assistant



| £18,720 PER ANNUM |

| HOURS: MON - FRI - 9.00AM - 6.00PM (1 HOUR LUNCH) |

Our client is seeking to appoint an organised individual to assist with providing an efficient outgoing mail service and present a professional, approachable and efficient client-focused reception service. You will enjoy being involved in all aspects of the day to day office support and work well as part of a small, dedicated team.


  • Scanning documents
  • Data entry
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls
  • Set up conference rooms for the day
  • Arranging refreshments including the booking of conference lunches
  • Greeting and directing professional and lay clients for meetings
  • Print out, collate and put into folders all documents sent by email


  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
