£13.46 - £14.10 Per Hour - D.O.E

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly reports
• Answering the telephone
• Email management
• Diary Management
• Managing and ordering office supplies
• Planning, organising events, meetings and travel

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

• 3 - 5 years PA or secretarial experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Self motivated and ability to work to deadlines
