Office Administrator

Our client is seeking to appoint a friendly individual who can provide all-round support to their busy legal office!

This role is based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre and will be varied - no two days will be quite the same! You will enjoy being the point of support to the wider team and be highly organised.

  • Full time, Mon-Fri, OFFICE BASED

What you'll do...

  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support to all teams as required.
  • First point of contact for answering and transferring incoming calls.
  • Taking details of new enquiries over phone and passing to enquiries team via email.
  • Dealing with incoming and out going post.
  • Printings jobs for all departments.
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies.
  • Entering information and filing documents onto the case Management system.

Skills/Experience:

  • Good organizational skills.
