This role is based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre and will be varied - no two days will be quite the same! You will enjoy being the point of support to the wider team and be highly organised.

What you'll do...
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support to all teams as required.
- First point of contact for answering and transferring incoming calls.
- Taking details of new enquiries over phone and passing to enquiries team via email.
- Dealing with incoming and out going post.
- Printings jobs for all departments.
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies.
- Entering information and filing documents onto the case Management system.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
