£19,000 - £23,000 per annum 

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Hybrid working - 3 days in Nottingham City Centre, 2 days from home

Our client is seeking an experienced administrator who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft package knowledge, be organised and be able to manage your time effectively!

You will join a team of 8 in overseeing and managing all administration-related duties across the office. This is a busy, varied opportunity who would suit those used to working in a fast-paced environment! 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone, directing calls
  • General administration responsibilities, including scanning, filing and shredding
  • Basic facilities management 
  • Ensuring all compliance standards are met
  • Assisting with data input and documentation

Experience:

  • 2+ years of administration experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable to work collectively as a team
  • Happy to take phones calls professionally
