Our client, a busy and vibrant office based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, hard-working and dedicated administrator to join their small team.
This role will require you to be office based, therefore there is no option of hybrid working.
- £20,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent
Day to day duties will include:
- Answering the telephone and greeting clients to the office
- Copy typing, audio typing, printing, and preparing documents for posting
- Opening post, sorting, and distributing to staff
- Communicating via email with staff and clients
- Produce accurate records and documents
- Use of Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excel
- Maintain records and files
- General administrative support for other employees
Skills required:
- Microsoft office proficient (including Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Very strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Smart, personable, confident with a professional manner
