Office Administrator

Our client, a busy and vibrant office based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, hard-working and dedicated administrator to join their small team.

This role will require you to be office based, therefore there is no option of hybrid working.

  • £20,000 per annum
  • Full time, permanent

Day to day duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and greeting clients to the office
  • Copy typing, audio typing, printing, and preparing documents for posting
  • Opening post, sorting, and distributing to staff
  • Communicating via email with staff and clients
  • Produce accurate records and documents
  • Use of Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excel
  • Maintain records and files
  • General administrative support for other employees

Skills required:

  • Microsoft office proficient (including Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Very strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Smart, personable, confident with a professional manner
