Our client are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small team! You will enjoy a varied role in ensuring the accounts department runs smoothly and efficiently!
- Nottingham City Centre - hybrid working after training
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
- Permanent
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Creating Accounts Receivable Invoices
- Reviewing of Bank Statements
- Logging of Purchase Invoices
- Gaining Approval for Purchase Invoices
- Arranging Payments with external Accountants
- Statement Reconciliations
- Dealing with Customer and Supplier queries
- Listing of Intercompany Invoices
- Recording of Sales Invoices into Excel
- Deal with incoming and outgoing Post
- Posting of Stock
Requirements
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic
- Good Interpersonal skills at all levels
- Good excel knowledge
- Experience of Microsoft Packages
