Account Manager/Customer Care

NG2 Office, 2 days at home - 3 days in the office

Salary £24,000 Per Annum + Commission, OTE Circa £27,000

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm

Our client is seeking a candidate who can build trusting relationships with a specific group of their long-term customers within a designated territory. You will listen and engage with customers and provide proactive and engaging customer service.


  • Pro-actively engage with all customers on a regular basis to discuss the products and services

  • Have ownership for achieving commercial targets within your defined territory through the management of customer relationships

  • Work with other departments to ensure we give the best customer experience

  • Work collaboratively with field-based colleagues and external healthcare professionals, aiming for the best customer and business outcome

  • Keep and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

  • Deliver against territory KPI’s

  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service during every customer contact point

  • Use product knowledge to educate customer and handle their queries

  • Keep and maintain accurate records of customer conversations, actions, activities and outcomes

  • Work in line with all relevant guidelines, including healthcare and data protection regulations


  • Previous customer care/account management experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience of using relevant systems

  • Experience in a customer-service oriented organisation

  • Account or relationship management experience

  • Experience with building long-term customer relationships
