**PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL**
- Overseeing the deals going through the document workflow on allocated area
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as required
- Liaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installations
- Liaison with suppliers via phone and email
- Invoicing orders once processed
- Any other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of the department
- General administrative support
- Previous Experience in an Administration based role is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Time Management
- Verbal Communication
- PC Proficiency
