HR Manager - Part Time - FLEXIBLE HOURS!

Elizabeth Michael are excited to be recruiting for a part time HR vacancy with FULLY FLEXIBLE hours! Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties including liaising with external HR providers and handling sensitive information. You will be the focal point for all internal HR matters!

Long Eaton, OFFICE BASED

£40,000 Per annum, PRO RATA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of HR contact for managers and employees
  • Logging and tracking of all people enquires and tasks
  • Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or issues that may arise
  • Advising managers on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management as well as playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
  • Managing employee relations matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years previous HR experience
  • HR related qualification or degree
  • Previous experience with administration of HR systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to manage many projects at once
  • Strong analytical skills
