Our client are seeking to appoint a confident, personable individual to both enhance and compliment the customer experience in linking the transition between departments through to the completion of works. You will thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment, possessing strong organisational skills to ensure the customer remains updated and content with the service provided!

Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings


  • Greeting customers and dealing with face to face enquiries
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, dealing with customers, suppliers, third parties with general enquiries or updates
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to book works
  • Data entry on in house computer systems
  • Arranging delivery and collection using a calendar system
  • Updating customer notes and progress on the in-house computer system
  • Updating progress on the work provider portal
  • Filing / Scanning as required


  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service role is ESSENTIAL
  • Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised
  • Skills to work well in pressurised situations
  • Excellent Communicator - both verbal & written
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook
