Our Client is seeking to appoint an experienced internal sales person to identify, develop and pursue opportunities to win new business for the company. You will be a passionate and tenacious sales person who has experience of selling IT products or services in the past, and you will be looking for a role within a company where you can really make a difference and play a key role in the future development of the sales function!

Location: Long Eaton

Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 with additional OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation
  • Making initial contact with potential customers
  • Identifying current provision and suitability for service
  • Developing a pipeline of potential future activity
  • Identifying opportunities to pitch for the business
  • Develop business within 2 / 3 key vertical markets that will be assigned
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Working towards sales targets

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience of working in an IT sales role is essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Be tenacious and diligent in your approach
  • Be looking for the next step in their career and keen to progress
