Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • First line support for field Territory Managers and Agents over customer queries, sales orders, stock and customer plans
  • Process daily IPad orders received overnight from the field Territory Managers and Agents ensuring all instructions are actioned and adhered to. This often includes product information requirements which involves data extract and manipulation in Excel
  • Responsibility for specific customer accounts in the UK and overseas, including initial product set up information via data extracts into Excel, order processing, adhering to any customer specific requirements and liaising directly with the customer as required
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve any queries ensuring the system is updated accordingly and relevant parties informed as necessary
  • Build relationships with 'house' accounts to ensure they are kept advised of new product launches and any seasonal ordering deadlines
  • Generate orders from stock re-order tickets received
  • Support and maintain the internal sample room, including customer specific requests and new product launches
  • Create, delete and maintain customer planned displays on our internal system
  • Monitor Outlook inboxes for the website and webshop ensuring all queries are resolved and enquiries answered in a timely manner
  • Liaise internally with the Finance, Warehouse and Purchasing teams regarding account, order and stock queries
  • Support with general admin duties as required
  • Support in the Warehouse with picking and processing orders at peak times or for holiday and sickness cover

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
