Our client are seeking to appoint an efficient, meticulous individual to take ownership of the Administration function in the Finance department. You will have previous administrative experience, however no experience in Accounts is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to further expand and develop your skills and further magnify your passion for administration and supporting a busy office!

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and input as part of the Payroll process
  • Maintenance of an efficient sales and purchase ledger system
  • Ensure all financial filing filed and is kept up to date
  • Providing cover for the credit controller- gentle reminders to clients
  • Raising invoices as required
  • General administrative/ office duties as required

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and an office environment is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literacy
