Customer Service Administrator

| HOURS: MONDAY - THURSDAY 8.30AM - 4.45PM & FRIDAY 8.30AM - 3.00PM |

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them in a customer service and administration position. This is an office based position and you will focus on providing customers with an excellent and friendly service by telephone, online and in person. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and be confident in entering orders and data efficiently on the systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with retail or hospitality based experience to make their move into an office environment. You will be provided full training with fantastic opportunities for professional development!


  • Providing excellent customer service by telephone, email, live chat and in person
  • Entering customer orders electronically
  • Providing personalised quotes to our business customers
  • Picking, packing, branding and shipping of customer orders
  • Monitoring and posting to company social media feeds
