Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

Duration: 2 Months

Salary: £8.70 per hour

Start: ASAP

Key Duties:

  • Take inbound calls from non trade customers
  • Deal with all post sale queries
  • Process telephone orders
  • Process customer returns
  • Support the order input team as required
  • Respond to email and fax queries

Key Skills:

***Must have contact centre experience***

  • Experience with a Customer Services Department
  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with schools and local authorities
  • Able to use initiative
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proactive manner
  • Comfortable being on the telephone
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
