Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

£28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum D.O.E

You will be responsible for creating original text, image and video content, managing posts and responding to followers to promote the brand image in a cohesive way. You will be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the brand creatively across all the social media channels. (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter).

You should be able to handle social media presence and social media account, ensuring high levels of engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Help implement the social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with team members in management and marketing/design to ensure brand consistency
  • Generate content, images and videos fit for brand purpose
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging social content daily on key platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest and Youtube
  • Image editing and content creation using Adobe Suite or Canva, Sketch
  • Editing and video creation for channels such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Set up and manage Social Media Ads
  • Communicate with followers and influencers, responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Suggest and implement social features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Monitor, analyse and report on performance.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and social media trends
  • Undertake all other duties which may be allocated from time to time, to support the department and wider business

Experience:

  • Previous related work experience with examples of achievements
  • Hands-on experience in content management and creation
  • Experience of setting up social media Ads would be beneficial
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • You must have a passion for all things digital and have a desire to put your stamp on the business
  • Ability to manage your own diary and deadlines
  • Full driving licence
