PT Administrator (32.5 Hours)

Our client requires a meticulous, enaging and focused individual to provide Administrative support to the Sales team!

Location: Langley Mill
Salary: £16,000- 18,000 per annum 
Hours: Tuesday- Friday, 9-5pm Part Time
Benefits: 20 days per annum

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Set up and update new accounts / terms
  • Set up and maintain product prices and dealer price lists
  • Simplify processes
  • Action various daily reports

Skills/ Attributes/ Experience:

  • Confident with EXCEL
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Quick learner
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Experience of maintaining data/records
  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management skills
