£20,000 - £22,000 per annum
37.5 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with UK and Norwegian based customers for their spare part requirements
- Creating, processing and invoicing spare part orders
- Communicating with customers on the status of their orders
- Splitting placed orders if goods are to be despatched at different times
- Checking goods received / despatched match orders
- Deal with any items returned from the customer and raise credit requests accordingly
- Investigating problem orders and finding a resolution
- Dealing with the monthly returns, alongside the Warehouse Co-Ordinator, of spare parts to manufacturing site
