Entry Level - Stock & Customer Support Administrator

This role is ideal for candidates with strong IT skills and attention to detail! Ideally, you will have 1-2 years work experience.

Cotgrave, Nottingham - HYBRID working after training

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum

37.5 hours/week


  • Liaising with UK and Norwegian based customers for their spare part requirements
  • Creating, processing and invoicing spare part orders
  • Communicating with customers on the status of their orders
  • Splitting placed orders if goods are to be despatched at different times
  • Checking goods received / despatched match orders
  • Deal with any items returned from the customer and raise credit requests accordingly
  • Investigating problem orders and finding a resolution
  • Dealing with the monthly returns, alongside the Warehouse Co-Ordinator, of spare parts to manufacturing site
