Customer Service Administrator

Our client, an international business is seeking a colleague to liase with their partner businesses in providing efficient movement of their products. A great working environment with a vibrant team who have a genuine desire to help and support each other.


Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Start: ASAP


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Incoming telephone calls
  • Deal with email enquiries
  • Process customer enquires
  • Produce reports
  • Set up new customer contracts on the internal system

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication and conversational skills
  • Possitive attitude
  • IT Literate
  • Admin experience
  • Warm and friendly nature
