| £9.99 PER HOUR, RISES TO £10.28 AN HOUR, FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL PROBATION PERIOD |

*PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS HANDLING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL*

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complaints, carrying out a full investigation through to resolution
  • Taking a high volume of inbound calls and managing complaints
  • Outbound calling to previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with service
  • Liaising with unhappy customers and using initiative to come to a reasonable resolution
  • Data management and ensuring all calls are logged correctly on the system
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in handling Complaints is ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience of working complaints in a busy environment is essential
  • Excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers/colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task and handle complaints volumes efficiently and confidently
  • Flexible to adapt to change
