Our friendly team of recruitment consultants are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the family and help support our continued growth.

This is a newly created role so you will really be able to come in and make your mark on the business admin process.

You will be a friendly, tenacious, highly organised individual, with the ability to multi-task and work under your own initiative, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance are achieved.

You will need to possess a basic understanding of HR & Health & Safety function; this includes the ownership of our onboarding process for internal recruitment and the H&S elements of this.

Some experience of Compliance and Payroll operations would also be advantageous, alongside the ability to review / update policy & procedures; but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be working alongside our Payroll Administrator to ensure the complete suite of processing and administration of the organisation is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the admin function of the team (with the support & guidance of the Divisional Manager)
  • GDPR & Compliance management
  • Ownership of the administration of the candidate processing function - right from initial engagement right through to being placed in a role (including timesheet set-up/chasing)
  • Reviews and Testimonials - contacting clients and candidates to gain both verbal and written feedback of their experience
  • Basic Health and Safety duties - including staff welfare
  • New starter management - arranging interviews, completing new starter forms, making and securing offers of employment, basic HR duties
  • Ownership of the Onboarding process - including IT set-up
  • Social Media admin/posting - growing the networks
  • IT support across the office, taking issues through to resolution utilising external companies
  • Managing employee incentive schemes - Employee of the Month, Lunch Clubs, organising birthday gifts
  • Stationery, Stock/promotional materials ordering and management
  • Reception & visitor management duties
  • Management of the internal phone system
  • Supporting payroll and credit control as and when required

Experience:

Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL

  • GDPR knowledge is crucial
