 Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced office administrator! You will oversee all administration related tasks for a team of 9....and growing!

You will need experience in a similar role, have a highly organised, detail-orientated focus and have a love of working with people!

  • Colwick, Nottingham, Office Based only 
  • £22,000 - £24,000 per annum 
  • Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm 

 

Responsibilities:

  • GDPR management – actioning all unsubscribe requests
  • New starter management – arranging interviews, completing new starter forms, making and securing offers of employment, basic HR duties
  • Manage the on-boarding of new staff members
  • Setting up new starters, liaising with external IT providers and ensuring all equipment is ordered and up to date
  • Reviews and Testimonials – contacting clients and candidates to gain both verbal and written feedback of their experience
  • Compliance spot checking
  • Sending candidates cards on their first day in their new job
  • Basic Health and Safety duties
  • Social Media – creating and managing content posted on various platforms (basic)
  • IT support across the office, taking issues through to resolution utilising external companies
  • Event attendance – representing the company at various networking events
  • Managing employee of the month, including prizes
  • Stock/promotional materials ordering and management
  • Management of the internal phone system

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • GDPR knowledge is crucial 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • Great people skills!
