Our client are seeking to appoint a confident individual to liaise with a broad range of customers regarding their orders! You will be proactive, with an excellent telephone manner. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a family run, growing business, in which capability and confidence are key!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer relationships either through numerous channels in regards to their order
  • Liaise with a variety of departments across the business
  • Input orders ensuring correct product codes, prices and quantities are correct
  • Answer incoming calls ensuring any requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers, ensuring a top class service is provided
  • Offer alternatives when products are out of stock or products are eliminated.

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Experience within a customer service based role is ESSENTIAL
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle is ESSENTIAL
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • IT literate, with the ability to pick up new systems
  • Ability to work to deadlines, with the constant need to prioritise workload.
