Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who is a self-motivated, task-orientated administrator, who can handle a varied workload in a busy but friendly


After-Sales Customer Service:

  • Liaise with carriers and customers on delivery non-conformances and PoD’s


  • Import - manage all imports, incl clearance instructions, checking and approving of customs import documents
  • HMRC deferment account approval & processing of data
  • Export - book foreign shipments & generate export documents
  • Expenses and Barclaycard processing and computer input
  • Supplier approval administration


  • QA database - input, management and reporting - franking and despatch of mail
  • Assist with other tasks within the department, including production of reports; filing
  • Carry out any reasonable duties that are requested of you by management
  • Execute company Standard Operating Procedures, comply with company routines and health & safety policies
  • Promote the best possible company image at all times


  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • MS Office, especially Excel
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Eloquent telephone manner
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with an enquiring mind
  • Confident communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Highly efficient, task-focussed and able to make calculated decisions
  • Happy to work on own initiative to self-created schedules
  • Friendly, honest and presentable
