£20,000 - £21,500 Per Annum

Our client is seeking an all round experienced administrator who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft package knowledge, be organised and be able to manage your time effectively!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Formatting documents
  • Creating document bundles
  • Making appointment for consultants
  • General adhoc admin tasks as requested by the team

Experience:

  • Two years minimum experience in a similar administration role
  • excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable to work collectively as a team
  • Happy to take phones calls professionally
