Our client are seeking to appoint an Inbound Sales Executive to assist their small team in converting sales queries and following up incomplete customer orders. You will work well under pressure and be driven by success and sales figures!

This is an outstanding opportunity and the rewards for this role are very high, with a healthy bonus scheme in place! Whilst sales experience is not a must, you must be able to learn quickly and take guidance with an exceptional personality!

Location: Bingham, Nottingham

Salary: £18,000 per annum with OTE of £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking out new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong business partnerships
  • Reviewing customer requirements and specifications to meet agreed standards
  • Costing and preparing customer quotations
  • Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and providing alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions
  • Demonstrating complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Maximising all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
  • Meeting or exceeding activity targets
  • Building and managing individual sales pipeline
  • Inbound and outbound account management and new account sales
  • Up selling, cross selling new product add ons
  • Executing sales campaigns
  • Outbound follow up calls
  • Maintaining the CRM database by correctly entering, verifying, and updating data aaccurately

Skills/Experience/Attributes:

  • Proficient customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to overcome and handle objections
  • Ability to drive and close a large volume of medium, large and smaller sized
  • transactions
  • Ability to maintain targeted profit margins through skilful negotiation
  • Demonstrating and ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Demonstrating very good listening and verbal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrating proficient use of mainstream PC applications
  • Sales Experience is not essential but would be an advantage
