Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

£19,000 - £23,000, DOE

Our client is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join them on their journey to further growth! The perfect candidate will have a bubbly personality, be polite and well spoken and have a natural flair for providing a top tier service. This is not a call centre role and customer satisfaction will be at the heart of what you do!

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with all customer service enquiries 
• Taking and processing orders from customers
• Creating quotations and invoices
• Arranging deliveries, ensuring dates and addresses correspond with customer requirements
• Managing and escalating customer complaints and issues

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Fast learner
