£18,500 - £20,000 per annum + commission

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client is looking for an experienced lead generator who can maximise commercial opportunities with potential customers, and to always provide a quality level of service. The ideal candidate will have experience of B2B telesales, Customer Service and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Making sales calls
• Managing appointments with clients
• Understanding the clients' requirements
• Recording client information
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Great phone manner and the ability to present yourself professionally
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic
• Driven and determined to succeed
• Complete Basic Admin tasks

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

• Numeracy and ability to resolve complex issues
• Knowledge of sales techniques and optimisation
• Telesales and negotiation experience
• Verbal Reasoning and relationship management
• MS Office proficient
• Planning and development against objectives
• A-level or equivalent
