Our client is seeking an outgoing, well presented and professional individual to provide efficient reception services for their company. You will be the first point of contact for all external visitors and telephone contacts, providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages and directing to the appropriate person
  • Responding to customer enquires
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining stationery levels and office supplies
  • Overseeing the office cleaning and IT contractors
  • General administrative duties
