Customer Service Administrator

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

Alfreton, Derbyshire

£20,000 - £21,000 Per annum, D.O.E

Our client is looking for a customer service administrator to join their first response team. This is a fast paced team, so being able to work under pressure is essential. This role is ideal for a candidate with previous office based customer service experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming customer calls
  • Work closely with Customers to arrange mutually acceptable time to complete reactive repairs / urgent call outs and preventative planned maintenance.
  • Dealing with all Service Department inbox queries
  • Rebook any missed repair and preventative maintenance visits and escalate issues that cannot be resolved through normal channels

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

  • Previous experience in an office based customer service/admin role is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable to work collectively as a team
  • Happy to take phones calls professionally
