Accounts & Payroll Supervisor

 

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll professional to support the administration and general accounting function of the business in this stand-alone role.

You will be responsible for managing the payroll of the business including preparing and sending off Purchase Orders and Invoices and will be joining a small, down-to-earth team.

This role will involve the use of SAGE and job costing software. 

The successful candidate will work closely with all suppliers as well as customers, and will represent the company and maintain strong working relationships! 

  • £22,000 - £26,000 per annum 
  • Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the general day to day operations of the office working closely with project managers
  • Working with job costing software
  • Collating financial reports
  • Ensuring compliance across the office
  • Dealing with all payroll for the business
  • Managing key projects

Customer Sales Coordinator

 

Our client, a family run leader in their field with over 40 years experience, is seeking to appoint a customer-centric individual to further support their continued excellence in customer service!

  • Salary: £20,000 per annum + bonus

  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 09:00 – 16:00 (1 day off per week due to Saturday working).

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Posses a relaxed yet professional approach to both retail and trade customers alike
  • Offering tailor made services as per the customers needs 
  • Approaching customers, assisting them with finding a suitable product(s)
  • Consultative sales - this is NOT a 'pushy'  sales-based role
  • Answering queries, assisting customers as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Retail sales and, or customer service experience is essential 
  • You must be confident, enjoy working with the general public
  • Be keen to learn with a desire to work as part of a team
  • Able to demonstrate and deliver the highest standards of customer service.

Property Administrator

 

Our client is seeking to appoint an organised, capable administrator to support their client base! You will have strong customer service skills and be highly organised! This role with be a mixture of both administration and customer service. You will work as part of an experienced team, and full training and support is offered. This is a full-time, office based role and there are fantastic progression opportunities as well as additional bonuses on offer! A Driving License is not required for this role.

Property-based experience isn't essential, however an interest or passion for the industry is essential.

Location: Bestwood, Nottingham

Salary - £16,500 - £17,300 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • All administration duties within a busy estate agency
  • Overall support to client
  • Managing the inbox
  • Any other duties as required

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Administration and Customer Service based experience ESSENTIAL!
  • Highly organised
  • Outstanding communication skills
