Full Time, 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri & 4.30pm finish on Fridays
£9.50 Per Hour
Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join their dedicated Account Manager team! For the right canddiate this may turn into a permanent position.
As well as excellent attention to detail, you will need a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner. Also have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Flagging issues identified to the wider team
- Approving positive results
- Drafting reports containing photos or some simple data outputs from the results
- Answering the phone to support ad-hoc queries
- Uploading documents to the internal system to a specified deadline
- Chasing results in, and client engagement to keep the relationship positive and any queries answered
- Supporting general queries or tasks from the team
- General administrative tasks
- Previous experience working within a busy environment is essential.
- Experience creating both Microsoft Excel and Word documents.

- Knowledge and abilities using Microsoft Excel
